DUII

• At 8:50 p.m. Sept. 25, Abel Dimas-Orozco, 17, of Astoria, was arrested by the Warrenton Police Department on the 200 block of Northeast Skipanon Drive and charged with driving under the influence of intoxicants and criminal mischief. He allegedly crashed his car into a fence at the Columbia Bar Pilots Warrenton Marina office. The car came to rest on top of a vacant boat trailer. His blood alcohol content was 0.11 percent. He and three other passengers allegedly fled the scene, and one person has yet to be located. One passenger — Brianna Fox, 21, of Hermiston — was arrested and charged with furnishing alcohol to a person under the age of 21

• At 9:23 p.m. Wednesday, Gary D. Wells, 52, of Richardson, Texas, was arrested by the Astoria Police Department on the 200 block of 39th Street and charged with DUII. His blood alcohol content was 0.15 percent.

• At 1:29 a.m. Saturday, Clifford Dean Johnson, 67, of South Bend, Washington, was arrested by the Astoria Police Department on the Astoria Bridge and charged with DUII. His blood alcohol content was 0.16 percent.

• At 9:48 p.m. Sunday, Shane Bowlin, 47, of Hammond, was arrested by the Warrenton Police Department on Peter Iredale Road and charged with DUII. His blood alcohol content was 0.10 percent.

• At 2:33 a.m. Sunday, Lorenzo Malalefono Lemafa, 26, of Seattle, was arrested by the Astoria Police Department on the 200 block of W. Marine Drive and charged with driving under the influence of intoxicants. His blood alcohol content was 0.12 percent.

• At 11:17 p.m. Tuesday, a 17-year-old Astoria resident was arrested by the Astoria Police Department on state Highway 202 near Smith Point and charged with DUII. The minor’s blood alcohol content was 0.13 percent.

Assault

• At 8:50 p.m. Monday, Cabel Brent Bestal, 26, of Astoria, was arrested by the Astoria Police Department on the 4500 block of Commercial Street and charged with fourth-degree assault. He allegedly started a fight with his sister’s boyfriend and hit him in the face with an open hand, causing minor injuries.

DUII

• At 11:54 p.m. Thursday, Jerome Ustby, 65, of Astoria, was arrested by the Clatsop County Sheriff’s Office on state Highway 202 and charged with driving under the influence of intoxicants.

• At 11:18 p.m. Friday, Brianna Louise Lorenzana, 24, of Warrenton, was arrested by the Warrenton Police Department on the 1000 block of Pacific Drive and charged with DUII, assault on a public safety officer, aggravated harassment and refusing a breath test. Lorenzana allegedly kicked an officer in the chest as he attempted to secure her seat belt in the police car. She then allegedly bit his head and hand before spitting on him.

• At 1:09 a.m. Friday, Michael Graser, 49, of Seaside, was arrested by the Astoria Police Department near the Safeway gas station on Marine Drive and charged with DUII. His blood alcohol content was 0.17 percent.

• At 1:23 a.m. Saturday, Johnathan Clyde Everson, 34, of Astoria, was arrested by the Astoria Police Department on the 600 block of Olney Avenue for DUII. His blood alcohol content was 0.17 percent.

• At 2:39 a.m. Sunday, Kalyn Rae Knudsvig, 33, of Gearhart, was arrested by the Astoria Police Department on the 400 block of W. Marine Drive and charged with DUII. Her blood alcohol content was 0.12 percent.

Assaulting an officer

• At 7:28 a.m. Friday, Myranda Schultz, 17, of Astoria, was arrested by the Clatsop County Sheriff’s Office and charged with assaulting a public safety officer and resisting arrest. Deputies attempted to execute a warrant by arresting Schultz, who has also been charged with possession of methamphetamine. John Norris, 43, of Astoria, was also arrested and charged with hindering prosecution and endangering the welfare of a minor.

Menacing

• At 9:04 pm. Monday, Donald Leroy Best, 42, of Warrenton, was arrested by the Warrenton Police Department on the 100 block of N.W. Fourth Street and charged with menacing. He allegedly shoved his mother during an argument before making threats to kill another person.

• At 9:26 a.m. Friday, Henrique Keen, 55, of Seaside, was arrested by the Seaside Police Department on the 1500 block of Lea Way and charged with fourth-degree assault. He allegedly slapped a woman in the face during a domestic dispute.

• At 10:06 p.m. Saturday, Noreen Lebo, 57, of Astoria, was arrested by the Astoria Police Department on the 5300 block of Lief Erikson Drive and charged with driving under the influence of intoxicants and reckless driving.

• At 7:15 a.m. Saturday, Ian Justin Miner, 24, of Hammond, was arrested by the Warrenton Police Department on the 500 block of S.W. 18th Street and charged with driving under the influence of intoxicants.

• At 1:04 a.m. Sunday, Bradley D. Kenoyer, 56, of Gearhart, was arrested by the Astoria Police Department on Commercial Street and Fourth Street and charged with DUII. His blood alcohol content was 0.14 percent.

• At 5:54 p.m. Sunday, Krystal M. Schneider, 30, of Salem, was arrested by the Astoria Police Department on the 3700 block of Pipeline Road and charged with DUII. Her blood alcohol content was 0.18 percent. Prior to officer arrival, she allegedly was involved in a single vehicle crash on the side of the road.

• At 7:26 a.m. Sunday, Paul Michael Depastene, 57, of Astoria, was arrested by the Astoria Police Department on the 4400 block of Lief Erikson Drive and charged with fourth-degree assault. He allegedly threw a female out of a house and into bushes. She sustained cuts to her left shoulder, forearms and hands.

• At 12:45 a.m. Saturday, Alisha N. Melton, 28, of Battle Ground, Washington, was arrested by the Astoria Police Department on W. Marine Drive near the Astoria Bridge and charged with driving under the influence of intoxicants. Her blood alcohol content was 0.16 percent.

• At 11:47 p.m. Sunday, Ernest Gerald Ray Oliveira, 55, of Astoria, was arrested by the Astoria Police Department on the 10 block of W. Marine Drive and charged with DUII and reckless driving. His blood alcohol content was 0.14 percent.

• At 12:15 a.m. Monday, Daniel Elliott, 53, of Seaside, was arrested by the Clatsop County Sheriff’s Office on Logan Road and charged with DUII.

Drug possession

• At 8:48 p.m. Saturday, Suzie Lynne Bash, 28, and Matthew James Morse, 30, both of Astoria, were arrested by the Astoria Police Department on the 390 block of Alameda Avenue with warrants out of Clatsop County and charged with possession of a controlled substance. After an initial report of a physical disturbance in a white Nissan, police arrived to allegedly find a loaded methamphetamine pipe.

Assault

• At 11:18 p.m. Saturday, Gretchen Jeanne Thomas, 47, of Portland, was arrested by the Astoria Police Department on the 200 block of W. Marine Drive and charged with fourth-degree assault. The alleged victim had scratches to his face following an apparent domestic dispute.

• At 5:19 p.m. Sunday, Pedro Hernandez, 28, of Astoria was arrested by the Warrenton Police Department on the New Youngs Bay Bridge and charged with driving under the influence of intoxicants. His blood alcohol content was 0.22 percent.

• At 10:20 p.m. Monday, Jeffrey Teague, 39, of Astoria, was arrested by the Clatsop County Sheriff’s Office on Marine Drive and Hamburg Avenue and charged with DUII and reckless driving.

• At 2:59 a.m. Tuesday, Tammie Deanne Mayfield, 47, of Warrenton, was arrested by the Warrenton Police Department on S. Main Avenue and First Street and charged with DUII and driving while suspended. Her blood alcohol content was 0.18 percent.

• At 11:48 a,m. Thursday, John Donaghue, 54, of Seaside, was arrested by the Seaside Police Department on the 1860 block of Spruce Drive and charged with fourth-degree assault and menacing.

Disorderly conduct

• At 12:54 a.m. Friday, Joshua Daniel Kiley, 35, of Opa-locka, Florida, was arrested by the Astoria Police Department on the 2890 block of Marine Drive and charged with second-degree disorderly conduct. He allegedly was on top of another man on the sidewalk outside Annie’s Saloon and punching him. The alleged victim sustained injuries to his face but did not wish to pursue assault charges.

• At 9:35 p.m. Friday, Jason Pietrzykowski, 41, of Anacortes, Washington, was arrested by the Seaside Police Department on the 400 block of S. Roosevelt Drive and charged with driving under the influence of intoxicants and reckless driving. His blood alcohol content was 0.33 percent.

• At 11:45 p.m. Friday, Jamey Shane Wilson, 45, of Astoria, was arrested by the Astoria Police Department on the 100 block of Klaskanine Avenue and charged with DUII and refusing a breath test.

• At 2:09 a.m. Saturday, Alysha Ann Satiacum, 29, of Astoria, was arrested by the Warrenton Police Department on the 100 block of N. Main Avenue and charged with DUII, recklessly endangering another person and reckless driving. She allegedly was driving at a high rate of speed prior to her arrest.

• At 1:46 a.m. Sunday, Tomas Aguilar Vidal, 31, of Seaside, was arrested by the Astoria Police Department on U.S. Highway 101 and E. Harbor Street in Warrenton and charged with DUII and driving without an operator’s license. His blood alcohol content was 0.13 percent.

• At 6:12 p.m. Monday, Loree Lipman Sakai, 64, of Portland, was arrested by the Oregon State Police on U.S. Highway 26 and charged with DUII and reckless driving. Her blood alcohol content was 0.13 percent.

Assault

• At 7:03 a.m. Monday, Brandon L. Harrington, 33, of Astoria, was arrested by the Seaside Police Department on the 1000 block of Avenue I and charged with fourth-degree assault. He allegedly head-butted someone.

• At 9:55 p.m. Tuesday, Julie Hedford, 46, of Seaside, was arrested by the Clatsop County Sheriff’s Office on N. Spruce Street and E. Second Street in Seaside and charged with driving under the influence of intoxicants.

• At 10:51 p.m. Tuesday, Andrew Robert Townsend, 33, of Astoria, was arrested by the Astoria Police Department on the 1800 block of Marine Drive and charged with DUII. His blood alcohol content was 0.15 percent.

Assault

• At 1:06 a.m. Thursday, Timothy Yaakola, 46, of Seaside, was arrested by the Seaside Police Department on S. Franklin St. and Avenue C and charged with assaulting a public safety officer, unlawful entry into a motor vehicle, resisting arrest, eluding a police officer and criminal trespass. Police responded to a report of a man testing handles on car doors and eventually entering one. When officers arrived, Jones allegedly fled the car and resisted as they tried to arrest him.

• At 10:18 p.m. Thursday, John Jones, 21, of Warrenton, was arrested by the Warrenton Police Department on the 50 block of N.E. First Street and charged with harassment and resisting arrest. After police responded to a reported disturbance, Jones allegedly hit an officer in the face in a glancing blow.

• At 8:01 p.m. Sunday, Kevin Michael Edwards, 28, of Gearhart, was arrested by the Warrenton Police Department in the parking lot near Subway and Ride Aid. He was arrested on a Multnomah County warrant and charged with driving under the influence of intoxicants, hit-and-run and driving with a suspended license. Edwards allegedly hit another car in the Fred Meyer parking lot earlier in the night during a road rage incident. After police located him pacing in the parking lot, he failed field sobriety tests and recorded a blood alcohol content of 0.06 percent at the Clatsop County Jail.

• At 8:15 p.m. Monday, Amber Nicole Longsdorf, 18, of Warrenton, was arrested by the Astoria Police Department on 15th Street and Jerome Avenue and charged with driving under the influence of intoxicants and reckless driving and cited for minor in possession of alcohol. Police encountered Longsdorf at the scene of a single-vehicle accident involving a 2013 four-door Ford Fiesta she was allegedly driving. Her blood alcohol content was 0.18 percent.

• At 8:11 p.m. Thursday, Anthony Turner, 22, of Warrenton, was arrested by the Seaside Police Department on 12th Avenue and Wahanna Road and charged with driving under the influence of intoxicants. His blood alcohol content was 0.14 percent.

• At 1:11 a.m. Friday, Nickolas Michael Fasching, 19, of Warrenton, was arrested by the Seaside Police Department on S. Roosevelt Drive and charged with DUII, reckless driving and criminal mischief. He allegedly crashed a car into a wooden Sasquatch statue outside Bigfoot’s Steakhouse.

Assault

• At 9:22 p.m. Thursday, Charles Grover, 49, of Westport, was arrested by the Clatsop County Sheriff’s Office on Finn Lane and charged with fourth-degree assault and menacing.

• At 8:49 a.m. Saturday, Kasey Ora Newton, 24, of Seaside, was arrested by the Seaside Police Department on the 1180 block of Fifth Avenue and charged with fourth-degree assault, strangulation, harassment and two counts of child neglect. He allegedly assaulted his girlfriend within the vicinity of their two children.

• At 7:06 p.m. Thursday, Michael Dana Bonfigt, 53, of Long Beach, Washington, was arrested by the Astoria Police Department on U.S. Highway 30 near the John Day Boat Ramp and charged with driving under the influence of intoxicants.

• At 1:38 a.m. Saturday, Jaydon S. Hunt, 19, of Seaside, was arrested by the Astoria Police Department on E. Harbor Street and U.S. Highway 101 and charged with DUII and minor in possession of alcohol. His blood alcohol content was 0.06 percent.

Strangulation

• At 11:34 a.m. Monday, Stephen Switzer, 49, of Warrenton, was arrested by the Warrenton Police Department on the 480 block of N.W. Ridge Road and charged with strangulation and menacing. After allegedly choking his girlfriend at a residence, Switzer left the scene on foot and she called police. He returned and was arrested later in the morning.

• At 5:16 p.m. Monday, Nicholus Allen Lyons, 35, of Warrenton, was arrested by Oregon State Police on U.S. Highway 101 in Warrenton and charged with driving under the influence of intoxicants. His blood alcohol content was 0.21 percent.

Assault

• At 1:35 p.m. Tuesday, Miriam Wieckowski, 41, of Seaside, was arrested by the Seaside Police Department on the 410 block of N. Holladay Drive and charged with fourth-degree assault and harassment. She allegedly hit her husband in the face, causing a swollen lower lip.

• At 7:44 p.m. Thursday, Howard Kem, 65, of Brownsmead, was arrested by the Clatsop County Sheriff’s Office on Brownsmead Dike Lane and charged with driving under the influence of intoxicants. Deputies found Kem after responding to a single-vehicle accident in the area involving a car he was driving.

• At 11:11 p.m. Tuesday, Mary E. Nauha, 53, of Astoria, was arrested by the Oregon State Police on U.S. Highway 30 in Brownsmead and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol and reckless driving. Police responded to the scene after Nauha was involved in a single-vehicle crash. Her blood alcohol content was 0.13.
