DUII

• At 8:10 p.m. Sunday, Brian Paul Kloster, 61, of Astoria, was arrested by the Clatsop County Sheriff’s Office on the beach near the Peter Iredale shipwreck and charged with driving under the influence of intoxicants and reckless driving. Witnesses reported he was visibly intoxicated after his Ford F350 became stuck in the sand.

• At 10:03 p.m. Thursday, John Michael McSherry, 53, of Portland, was arrested by the Astoria Police Department at Ninth Street and Marine Drive and charged with driving under the influence of intoxicants, reckless driving and refusing a breath test.

• At 11:24 p.m. Thursday, Cory Wallace, 45, of Beaverton, was arrested by the Warrenton Police Department in Fort Stevens State Park and charged with DUII. His blood alcohol content was 0.06 percent, and he failed a field sobriety test.

Aggravated harassment

• On Thursday, Astoria Police arrested Luke Taylor Miehe, 44, near Kensington and Skyline avenues on charges of aggravated harassment, assault of a public service officer, third-degree criminal mischief, disorderly conduct, second-degree possession of a forgery instrument and resisting arrest. Deputy Police Chief Eric Halverson said there were complaints stretching into last year about Miehe playing music too loud. When officers responded to complaints Thursday, Halverson said, Miehe broke a body camera mount and kicked one officer in the groin. While being booked into the Clatsop County Jail, Miehe was found to be in possession of a counterfeit $100 bill.

Assault

• At 6:44 a.m. Saturday, Zalia Altorfer, 28, of Aloha, was arrested by the Seaside Police Department on the 700 block of South Columbia Street and charged with fourth-degree assault, resisting arrest, disorderly conduct and interfering with a peace officer. She allegedly assaulted her boyfriend. Seaside Police are investigating a similar alleged incident with the same victim from the previous night.

• At 5:22 p.m. Saturday, Gregory Knutson, 55, of Seaside, was arrested by the Seaside Police Department on the 84000 block of U.S. Highway 101 and charged with fourth-degree assault and harassment. He allegedly struck his girlfriend.

• At 7:49 p.m. Friday, Travis Fulton Eddy, 30, of Astoria, was arrested by the Astoria Police Department on the 35000 block of U.S. Highway 101 Business and charged with driving under the influence of intoxicants, reckless driving and three counts of felon in possession of a restricted weapon.

• At 1:03 a.m. Sunday, Charles F. Hall, 55, of Seattle, was arrested by the Seaside Police Department on First Street and Downing Street and charged with DUII.

• At 11:43 p.m. Monday, Luke Tildon Cramp, 34, of Astoria, was arrested by the Astoria Police Department on 31st Street and Birch Street and charged with DUII and failure to perform the duties of a driver. Cramp allegedly collided with a vehicle at 1040 Commercial Street and then kept driving. A car followed him to Alderbrook where he was eventually arrested. His blood alcohol content was 0.13 percent.

• At 11:07 p.m. Friday, Willow Creel, 42, of Astoria, was arrested by the Astoria Police Department on Sixth Street and Marine Drive and charged with driving under the influence of intoxicants. Her blood alcohol content was 0.24 percent.

• At 9:08 p.m. Saturday, Sanad Talic, 54, of Portland, was arrested by the Seaside Police Department on the 300 block of S. Roosevelt Drive and charged with DUII, reckless endangerment, driving uninsured and driving while suspended. His blood alcohol content was 0.15 percent and one passenger was sitting in the car.

Assault

• At 11:45 p.m. Saturday, Mary Imbler, 51, of Eatonville, Washington, was arrested by the Seaside Police Department on the 30 block of North Prom and charged with harassment, second-degree disorderly conduct and resisting arrest. She allegedly punched another woman.

• At 1:12 a.m. Tuesday, Bryant Logan Cole Graves, 22, of Seaside, was arrested by the Seaside Police Department on the 900 block of 12th Avenue and charged with driving under the influence of intoxicants, reckless driving, reckless endangerment, failure to perform the duties of a driver, no operator’s license, driving uninsured and giving false information. He allegedly crashed a vehicle on the side of the road with a passenger inside.

• At 2:12 p.m. Friday, Jonathan Mason, 29, of Colton, was arrested by the Astoria Police Department on the New Youngs Bay Bridge and charged with driving under the influence of intoxicants.

• At 2:21 p.m. Friday, Andrea Brazel, 22, of Astoria, was arrested by the Seaside Police Department on the 800 block of Avenue C and charged with DUII and reckless driving. The car she was driving collided with a tree earlier in the evening.

• At 2:20 a.m. Saturday, Brandon Conner, 24, of Astoria, was arrested by the Astoria Police Department on Eighth and Commercial streets and charged with DUII, reckless driving and hit and run. A person reported to police that he ran into a street sign before he was arrested a few blocks away. His blood alcohol content was 0.24 percent.

Assault

• At 1:55 a.m. Saturday, Gregory Adams Jr., 26, of Wolcottville, Indiana, was arrested by the Warrenton Police Department on the 1000 block of Pacific Drive and charged with fourth-degree assault and harassment. He allegedly became angry when a bartender at the South Jetty Dining Room and Bar refused to continue serving him alcohol. When employees attempted to escort him from the restaurant, he allegedly threw multiple punches, hitting a bartender in the chest and knocking her to the ground. He also allegedly hit a cook in the face, leaving a visible injury.

• At 7:49 p.m. Saturday, Mark Alfred Lamie, 56, of Astoria, was arrested by the Warrenton Police Department on U.S. Highway 101 near Glenwood Village and charged with driving under the influence of intoxicants. His blood alcohol content was 0.25 percent.

• At 11:59 p.m. Monday, Sharon Laferriere, 57, of Warrenton, was arrested by the Warrenton Police Department on the 70 block of U.S. Highway 101 Business and charged with DUII. Police allegedly could smell marijuana when they approached her, and she admitted to “dabbing.”

• At 8:06 p.m. Thursday, Tonjia Kay Christian, 66, of Astoria, was arrested by the Warrenton Police Department on SE Second Street and charged with driving under the influence of intoxicants.

• At 5:08 a.m. Friday, Sean Gordon Holcombe, 34, of Astoria, was arrested by the Astoria Police Department on Shively Park Road and charged with DUII. His blood alcohol content was 0.16 percent.

• At 1:13 a.m. Saturday, William Pinkstaff, 24, of Astoria, was arrested by the Seaside Police Department at Prom and Oceanway Street and charged with DUII, recklessly endangering another person and resisting arrest.

• At 4:20 p.m. Monday, Robert Lagtry Robinson, 40, of Puyallup, Washington, was arrested by the Clatsop County Sheriff’s Office near Sunset Beach and charged with DUII.

• At 4:46 p.m. Saturday, Chad Evan Andrews, 29, of Astoria, was arrested by the Clatsop County Sheriff’s Office on the 40200 block of Lovisa Lane and charged with driving under the influence of intoxicants.

• At 8:10 p.m. Saturday, Jerald Hicks, 62, of Vancouver, Washington, was arrested by the Warrenton Police Department on the 200 block of S.W. Second Street and charged with DUII.

Assault

• At 10:45 p.m. Friday, John Tom Parsons, 43, of Astoria, was arrested by the Astoria Police Department on the 1000 block of Olney Avenue and charged with fourth-degree assault. He allegedly assaulted another driver after a road rage incident.

• At 7:56 p.m. Monday, Suzanne Mary Conner, 51, of Astoria, was arrested by the Astoria Police Department on Columbia Avenue and West Marine Drive and charged with DUII. Her blood alcohol content was 0.16 percent.

• At 9:28 p.m. Sunday, Lezlie D. Giberson, 45, of Clatskanie, was arrested by the Astoria Police Department on the 2200 block of Marine Drive and charged with DUII, hit and run, third-degree criminal mischief, reckless driving, reckless endangering and refusing to take a breath test. Earlier in the night, dispatch received a call about a two-door vehicle with body damage that was seen driving eastbound on the sidewalk next to Marine Drive.

• At 2:10 a.m. Saturday, Amanda Elaine David, 20, of Astoria, was arrested by the Clatsop County Sheriff’s Office on Oregon Highway 104 and U.S. Highway 101 and charged with driving under the influence of intoxicants.

• At 6:42 p.m. Saturday, Scott Hader, 42, of Vancouver, Washington, was arrested by the Seaside Police Department at Roosevelt Drive and Second Avenue and charged with DUII.

• At 10:34 p.m. Friday, Richard Raterman, 49, of Warrenton, was arrested by the Warrenton Police Department at Oregon Highway 104 and Biwater Lane and charged with driving under the influence of intoxicants. His blood alcohol content was 0.17 percent.

• At 1:57 a.m. Monday, Sue Ann Stuck, 39, of Astoria, was arrested by the Astoria Police Department on West Marine Drive just east of the Roundabout and charged with DUII. Her blood alcohol content was 0.20 percent.

• At 12:08 a.m. Tuesday, Lynnie Charlene Taylor, 52, of Seaside, was arrested by the Clatsop County Sheriff’s Office at 12th Avenue and Wahanna Road in Seaside and charged with DUII.

Assault

• Shortly after 1:30 a.m. Thursday, Joel Bergeman, 44, and Tyler Boettcher, 23, both of Astoria, were arrested by the Lincoln City Police Department at the Old Oregon Tavern in Lincoln City and charged with third-degree assault and harassment. They allegedly assaulted patrons at the bar and attempted to flee when police arrived. Before being taken into custody, Boettcher allegedly fought with officers and attempted to choke one, causing minor injuries. He was also charged with attempted assault on a police officer and treated at Samaritan North Lincoln Hospital for minor injuries. Bergeman was also charged with disorderly conduct.

• At 5:36 p.m. Thursday, Joseph Edward Kelly, 74, of Portland, was arrested by the Clatsop County Sheriff’s Office on U.S. Highway 26 and charged with driving under the influence of intoxicants and reckless endangering.

• At 9:38 p.m. Thursday, Brock Willrett, 36, of Chandler, Arizona, was arrested by the Seaside Police Department on the 2300 block of S. Roosevelt Drive and charged with DUII, reckless driving and reckless endangering. His blood alcohol content was 0.20 percent.
