• At 8:05 a.m. Friday, Steven Millner, 54, of Seaside, was arrested by the Seaside Police Department on the 1500 block of Lea Way for fourth-degree assault, menacing and harassment. He allegedly slapped and pushed a woman during a domestic dispute.

• At 1:39 a.m. Saturday, Franklin Dare Kemp, 70, of Astoria, was arrested by the Astoria Police Department on the 200 block of West Kensington Avenue for driving under the influence of intoxicants. His blood alcohol content was 0.17 percent.

• At 8:13 p.m. Wednesday, Thomas Robinson, 71, of Seaside, was arrested by the Seaside Police Department on the 20 block of North Wahanna Road and charged with driving under the influence of intoxicants.

• At 1:29 a.m. Thursday, Jose Manuel Barnabe Hernandez, 19, of Forest Grove, was arrested by the Clatsop County Sheriff’s Office on U.S. Highway 26 in Seaside and charged with DUII, three counts of recklessly endangering another person, reckless driving and criminal mischief.

• At 11 p.m. Thursday, Sean Michael Dunagan, 31, of Astoria, was arrested by the Clatsop County Sheriff’s Office on the 1600 block of Southeast Ensign Lane and charged with DUII and unlawful possession of heroin.

At 3:46 a.m. Saturday, Jenna Adele Rivera, 25, of Seaside, was arrested by the Clatsop County Sheriff’s Office on U.S. Highway 101 near Avenue U in Seaside and charged with driving under the influence of intoxicants.

At 12:46 p.m. Saturday, John Carl Dalgren, 38, of Astoria, was arrested by the Astoria Police Department on the 800 block of Erie Avenue and charged with attempted assault on a public safety officer, harassment and resisting arrest.

Police responded to reports of Dalgren, who appeared to be under the influence of methamphetamine, destroying items in his bedroom. The officer drove him to Columbia Memorial Hospital, though Dalgren said he wanted to go to the jail instead. While on the hospital campus, Dalgren allegedly grabbed the officer, stomped him on his foot and punched him in the chest as he again asked to be taken to jail.

He then was taken to the Clatsop County Jail, where he allegedly punched a Clatsop County Sheriff’s deputy.

Physical harassment

• At 10:20 p.m. Thursday, Christopher Young Bokor, 26, of Astoria, was arrested by the Warrenton Police Department on the 300 block of Southeast Marlin Avenue and charged with physical harassment. He allegedly shoved another patient at the North Coast Crisis Respite Center.

• At 2:16 a.m. Tuesday, Sheila Leftwich, 24, of Seaside, was arrested by the Seaside Police Department on Seventh Avenue and Holladay Drive and charged with driving under the influence of intoxicants and reckless driving.

• At 8:48 p.m. Wednesday, Annelise McCormack, 53, of Warrenton, was arrested by the Warrenton Police Department on the 100 block of Cedar Avenue and charged with driving under the influence of intoxicants. Her blood alcohol content was 0.19 percent.

• At 11:50 p.m. Wednesday, Brandon Watters, 42, of Seaside was arrested by the Seaside Police Department on U.S. Highway 101 near Avenue U and charged with DUII. His blood alcohol content was 0.11 percent.

Assault

• At 11:20 p.m. Wednesday, Roberto Hernandez, 45, of Hammond, was arrested by the Warrenton Police Department on the 400 block of Silverdale Place and charged with fourth-degree assault. He allegedly grabbed his girlfriend’s hair, tried to rip her shirt off and forced her out of a house.

Assault

• At 10:28 p.m. Thursday, Chad Copeland, 37, of Astoria, was arrested by the Astoria Police Department near Second Street and Bond Street and charged with second-degree assault, fourth-degree assault, coercion and recklessly endangering another person. He allegedly put his arms around a woman and cornered her against a wall. After she bit him to get away, he allegedly slammed her head against a stone wall and punched her several times in the face. Witnesses also said he kicked her repeatedly while she was on the ground. Both were taken to Columbia Memorial Hospital for minor injuries.

• At 12:37 a.m. Friday, Galen Grudenic, 26, of Seaside, was arrested by the Seaside Police Department near Avenue N and South Columbia Street and charged with driving under the influence of intoxicants. His blood alcohol content was 0.18 percent.

• At 6:19 p.m. Saturday, Matthew McPherson, 57, of Portland, was arrested by the Clatsop County Sheriff’s Office in Fort Stevens State Park and charged with DUII and reckless driving.

• At 7:08 p.m. Saturday, Jason Grant Wyrick, 43, of Vancouver, Washington, was arrested by the Warrenton Police Department in Fort Stevens State Park and charged with DUII. His blood alcohol content was 0.10 percent.

• At 7:32 p.m. Tuesday, Chelsey Marie Dodson, 24, of Hammond, was arrested by the Clatsop County Sheriff’s Office on U.S. Highway 101 Business near Clover Road and charged with driving under the influence of intoxicants.

• At 12:26 a.m. today, Joseph Spencer Williams, 32, of Warrenton, was arrested by the Clatsop County Sheriff’s Office on U.S. Highway 101 Business near Southeast 12th Place and charged with DUII.

• At 1:46 a.m. today, James Arnold Johnson, 73, of Seaside, was arrested by the Clatsop County Sheriff’s Office on U.S. Highway 101 in Seaside and charged with DUII.

• At 9:55 p.m. Thursday, a 17-year-old boy from Portland was arrested by the Seaside Police Department on Avenue E and charged with fourth-degree assault, menacing, harassment and disorderly conduct. He was allegedly involved in a fight with five other people.

Assault

• At 5:05 p.m. Friday, Bart Douglas Lawrence, 58, of Warrenton, was arrested by the Warrenton Police Department on the 80 block of N.W. Cedar Court and charged with fourth-degree assault. He allegedly was under the influence of alcohol and assaulted his wife, who sustained red marks and bruises to her arms.

• At 8:17 p.m. Friday, James Russell Leak, 43, of Seaside, was arrested by the Warrenton Police Department on Pacific Drive in Hammond and charged with driving under the influence of intoxicants. He allegedly became angry with a man for cutting him off in traffic, followed him into Fort Stevens State Park, threatened a park employee who confronted him about his erratic driving and then drove away from the scene. His blood alcohol content was 0.14 percent.

• At 10:35 p.m. Friday, Shane Dale Bowlin, of Long Beach, Washington, was arrested by the Warrenton Police Department on Pacific Drive for DUII. His blood alcohol content was 0.16 percent.

• At 3:37 p.m. Tuesday, Richard Adam Diedrich, 34, of Seaside, was arrested by the Clatsop County Sheriff’s Office on the 33000 block of Nevada Lane in Warrenton and charged with second-degree assault and strangulation. He allegedly choked his sister before throwing her to the ground, causing significant injury to her arm.

Harassment

• At 8:10 p.m. Friday, Shirley Gene Brown, 65, of Portland, was arrested by the Warrenton Police Department on the 100 block of south U.S. Highway 101 and charged with physical harassment. A Staples employee was showing her a CD player when Brown allegedly yelled that she was a Christian and suddenly slapped her twice in the face before running out of the store. Video footage allegedly captured the incident, and she was arrested when she returned to the store the next day.

• At 5:20 p.m. Saturday, Joshua Ashworth, 25, of Seaside, was arrested by the Seaside Police Department on U.S. Highway 101 and charged with driving under the influence of intoxicants.

Menacing

• At 8:54 p.m. Tuesday, James Zsarko, 37, of Astoria, was arrested by the Warrenton Police Department in the Fred Meyer parking lot and charged with menacing and unlawful possession of a deadly weapon with an attempt to use. He allegedly confronted someone in their parking lot and threatened him.

Assault

• At 2:15 a.m. Wednesday, Talalua Lemafu, 29, of Seattle, was arrested by the Astoria Police Department outside Port of Call and charged with fourth-degree assault. He allegedly punched a man in the face during a fight and gave him a bloody lip.

• At 2:17 a.m. Saturday, Dexter Goodrich, 45, of Astoria, was arrested by the Seaside Police Department on the 1100 block of Avenue A and charged with driving under the influence of intoxicants, attempting to elude a police officer, refusing to take a breath test, open container, driving while suspended, failure to carry and present identification and harassment. Goodrich allegedly did not stop when pulled over by an officer in the Rite Aid parking lot. He then allegedly sped through the parking lot, onto Lincoln Street and exited his car on Avenue, where he was arrested after attempting to flee on foot.

• At 1:32 a.m. Sunday, Carisa Trent, 30, of Cornelius, Oregon, was arrested by the Seaside Police Department on the 30 block of North Prom and charged with DUII.

• At 1:59 p.m. Friday, Edwin Francis Thatcher, 60, of Astoria, was arrested by the Astoria Police Department on West Marine Drive and Florence Avenue and charged with driving under the influence of intoxicants and reckless driving. He was driving a car that crashed into another vehicle prior to his arrest.

Assault

• At 9:13 p.m. Saturday, Bobby Ward, 48, of Warrenton, was arrested by the Warrenton Police Department on the 500 block of Seventh Avenue and charged with fourth-degree assault. He allegedly punched a man in the face and gave him a bloody nose.

Harassment

• At 8:48 a.m. Saturday, Aaron Emanuel Ferguson, 39, of Salem, was arrested by the Clatsop County Sheriff’s Office on the 91000 block of Akerstedt Road and charged with first-degree burglary, harassment, first-degree criminal trespass and resisting arrest. The owner of the home allegedly woke up to find Ferguson sleeping naked in a guest bedroom. Ferguson then allegedly physically harassed the home owner and resisted deputies before being arrested.

• At 9:54 p.m. Tuesday, Anne O’Brian Thomas, 51, of Astoria, was arrested by the Warrenton Police Department at 326 S.E. Marlin Avenue and charged with fourth-degree assault, strangulation, second-degree criminal mischief, second-degree disorderly conduct and harassment. She allegedly became upset with staff at the crisis respite center and attacked an employee.

• At 9:47 p.m. Wednesday, Christopher J. Travis, 34, of Seaside, was arrested by the Seaside Police Department on U.S. Highway 101 and charged with DUII. His blood alcohol content was 0.13 percent.
