• At 1:38 p.m. Tuesday, Terry Kash, 61, of Warrenton, was arrested by Clatsop County Sheriff’s Office deputies on U.S. Highway 101 in Warrenton for driving under the influence of intoxicants.

Parole violation
• At 8:14 p.m. Wednesday, Wade Allen Cizec, 56, of Warrenton, was arrested by the Clatsop County Sheriff’s Office on the 900 block of Duane Street in Astoria for a parole violation. Cizec previously reported he had been assaulted by three to four people with a baseball bat. While Cizec’s hands and face were bloody, Astoria Police found the report to be unfounded. They then transported him to Columbia Memorial Hospital due to his high level of intoxication before he eventually was arrested.
DUII
• At 9:07 a.m. Thursday, Marcelo Chassaigne, 66, of Vancouver, Washington, was arrested by the Astoria Police Department on U.S. Highway 30 for driving under the influence of intoxicants.
• At 2:18 p.m. Friday, Arnulfo Miguel Cendejar-Flores, 25, of Everett, Washington, was arrested by the Astoria Police Department at 1001 Marine Drive for driving under the influence of intoxicants.
• At 8:10 a.m. Sunday, Aaron Blake Ogle, 42, of Portland, was arrested by the Astoria Police Department at 1001 Marine Drive for driving under the influence of intoxicants and reckless endangering. A child was also in the vehicle.
Assault
• At 1:30 a.m. Sunday, Amy Katherine Quaresma, 33, of Astoria, was arrested by the Astoria Police Department at 1592 Coxcomb Drive for assault.
DUII
• At 2:03 a.m. Feb. 19, Teasha C. Moschetti, 34, of Madras, was arrested by the Cannon Beach Police Department at Fernwood Street and Hemlock Street for driving under the influence of intoxicants, driving with a suspended license and reckless endangerment. She was also cited both for not possessing a required ignition interlock device and failure to maintain lane.
• At 3:20 a.m. Sunday, Urijah Ferrie, 24, of Milpitas, California, was arrested by the Seaside Police Department on the 500 block of south Roosevelt Drive for driving under the influence of intoxicants.
DUII
• At 11:42 p.m. Sunday, Brandon Joseph Albright, 30, of Hammond, was arrested by the Warrenton Police Department on the 400 block of northwest Ridge Road for driving under the influence of intoxicants. Albright, whose blood alcohol content was .11 at the time of the arrest, was allegedly swerving and crossing the road’s center line.
• At 11:46 p.m. Sunday, Irina B. Demenko, 23, of Woodland, Washington, was arrested by the Warrenton Police Department on the 50 block of east Harbor Road for DUII.
• At 8:18 a.m. Tuesday, Mike Lee Feaster, 55, of Phoenix, Arizona, was arrested by Clatsop County Sheriff’s Office deputies on Iron Horse Road near Knappa for DUII, refusing to take a breath test and a failure to appear warrant.
Assault on a public safety officer
• At 12:40 a.m. Sunday, David Anthony May, 30, of Warrenton, was arrested by the Warrenton Police Department at Coffenbury Lake for criminal mischief, assaulting a public safety officer and resisting arrest. Police responded to reports of a man passed out near the lake who had caused damage to a fire pit. May was found to be highly intoxicated with no shoes on and cuts on his feet. Officers woke him up and took him to Columbia Memorial Hospital, where he tried to escape by punching an officer in the arm. He was later taken to the Clatsop County Jail.
Criminal mischief
• At 4:39 p.m. Friday, Christopher L. Williams, 31, of Astoria, was arrested by the Astoria Police Department on the 1400 block of W. Marine Drive for criminal mischief and criminal trespass. Williams allegedly kicked in the front door of his stepfather’s and mother’s house while high on methamphetamine.
Assault
• At 9:27 a.m. Friday, Maria Adams, 20, of Seaside, was arrested by the Seaside Police Department on the 1100 block of North Holladay Drive for assault. She allegedly was having an argument with her boyfriend before the assault.
Harassment
• At 9:54 a.m. Tuesday, Cindy Jane Hall, 48, of Hammond, was arrested by the Warrenton Police Department on the 100 block of Tyee Street for harassment and disorderly conduct. Hall allegedly appeared to be under the influence of intoxicants as she threw objects — including a microwave, coffee cups and a toaster — around the house.
Attempted assault
• At 11:18 a.m. Wednesday, Kayla Mandalynne Heinzman, 26, of Astoria, was arrested by the Astoria Police Department at its station on 30th Street for attempted assault on a public safety officer and resisting arrest. Heinzman allegedly approached staff in the front lobby of the station saying she wanted to be booked and was in possession of stolen items. An officer spoke with Heinzman, who appeared to be intoxicated, shortly after about possibly going to the hospital. During the conversation, she lunged at the officer, who then arrested her.

• At 10:08 p.m. Thursday, Taylor Anne Law, 23, of Astoria, was arrested by the Warrenton Police Department in Youngs Bay Plaza for driving under the influence of intoxicants. She was stopped originally for driving without headlights in the dark and her blood alcohol content was .203.
• At 12:35 a.m. Saturday, Katherine Michelle Lentzen, 30, of Seaside, was arrested by the Clatsop County Sheriff’s Office near Second Avenue and North Downing Street in Seaside for DUII.
Harassment
• At 6:48 p.m. Friday, Billy Jack Wittern, 36, of Concho, Arizona, was arrested by the Astoria Police Department on Lief Erikson Drive for harassment and disorderly conduct. Wittern allegedly reported to a Safeway employee that he knocked a homeless man unconscious earlier in the day.

• At 9:27 p.m. Sunday, Amanda Ellen Pontecorbo, 24, of Astoria, was arrested by the Astoria Police Department on West Marine Drive for driving under the influence of intoxicants. She was also cited for unlawful use of lights and failing to stop for a pedestrian. Her blood-alcohol content was .14
Strangulation
• At 8:31 a.m. Friday, Christopher Duane Reimers, 46, of Astoria, was arrested by the Astoria Police Department on Halsey Road for strangulation and domestic violence. He allegedly strangled his child.
DUII
• At 4:19 p.m. Friday, Patrick Allan Ryan, 62, of Seaside, was arrested by the Astoria Police Department on U.S. Highway 101 near the east side of the Youngs Bay Bridge for driving under the influence of intoxicants and reckless driving. Ryan allegedly was tailgating another vehicle using only one headlight. He was also cited for driving uninsured.
• At 6:22 p.m. Sunday, Robin Marie Martin, 61, of Mulino, Oregon, was arrested by the Warrenton Police Department at the intersection of Southeast Dolphin Avenue and U.S. Highway 101 for driving under the influence of intoxicants.

• At 9:59 a.m. Friday, Gregory A. Johnson, 36, of Seaside, was arrested by the Seaside Police Department on the 700 block of South Wahanna Road for assault. He allegedly smacked his girlfriend and caused an abrasion.

• At 3:31 a.m. Sunday, Paul R. Stahlke, 23, of Joint Base Lewis-McChord, Washington, was arrested by the Seaside Police Department at U.S. Highway 101 near Avenue F for driving under the influence of intoxicants.
Assault
• At 8:51 p.m. Thursday, Wendy Watson, 31, of Seaside, was arrested by the Seaside Police Department at the 800 block of Ocean Way for assault.

• At 8:18 p.m. Friday, Kendall Oscar Archer, 31, of Astoria, was arrested by the Astoria Police Department at the intersection of Commercial Street and 10th Street for driving under the influence of intoxicants and hit and run. His blood alcohol content was .13.
• At 2:17 a.m. Saturday, Philip Allen Case, 51, of Warrenton, was arrested by the Clatsop County Sheriff’s Office at the intersection of U.S. Highway 101 and Bailey Lane in Gearhart for driving under the influence of intoxicants.
Assault
• At 8:34 a.m. Saturday, Amy Ridens, 46, of Seaside, was arrested by the Seaside Police Department at the 800 block of South Holladay Drive for fourth-degree assault and strangulation. Ridens allegedly assaulted her husband after they argued over who would use a car.
• At 2:35 p.m. Saturday, Joseph William Blackler, 35, of Astoria, was arrested by the Astoria Police Department on the Astoria Riverwalk just east of the Astoria Bridge for fourth-degree assault. The victim was found with cuts to his hand and face after fighting Blackler.

• At 8:58 p.m. Wednesday, Joshua Guy Allison, 34, of Warrenton, was arrested by the Warrenton Police Department at the corner of North Main Avenue and Northwest First Street for driving under the influence of intoxicants. His blood-alcohol content was .051 and he failed a field sobriety test. Allison was also cited for having a broken taillight.

• At 4:53 p.m., Wednesday, Kristi Michelle Osbeck, 47, of Portland, was arrested by the Gearhart Police Department on U.S. Highway 101 for driving under the influence of intoxicants.
• At 1:40 a.m. Thursday, Blaine Shannon Skodt David, 38, of Warrenton, was arrested by the Astoria Police Department at 95 West Marine Drive for DUII, driving while suspended or revoked and refusing to take a breath test.
• At 10:09 a.m. Thursday, Michelle Crawford, 41, of Gresham, was arrested by the Seaside Police Department on the 1200 block of South Holladay Drive for DUII.
• At 6:07 p.m. Friday, Matthew Blaine Jacobsen, 35, of Astoria, was arrested by the Astoria Police Department at the corner of Irving Avenue and 34th Street for DUII and reckless driving. Jacobsen allegedly was driving erratically and failed to stop when an officer pulled him over. His blood-alcohol content was .18.
Harassment
• At 6:43 p.m. Friday, Diana Louise Bruton, 42, of Astoria, was arrested by the Astoria Police Department at 900 Marine Dr. for harassment, disorderly conduct and violating a restraining order. She allegedly approached a male subject at the transit center, grabbed his hair, punched him in the face and stomped on his hand once he was on the ground before running away.
DUII
• At 5:32 p.m. Friday, John George Bockstael, 54, of Hammond, was arrested by the Warrenton Police Department on the 800 block of Southeast Marlin Avenue for driving under the influence of intoxicants and harassment. Bockstael allegedly was making threats to employees at the Kia dealership over his dissatisfaction with a car he had bought there. He had left but drove back to the dealership while officers were taking statements. Officers noticed he had an odor of alcohol on his breath, but Kitzman refused to take a breath test.
Assault
• At 11:48 a.m. Saturday, John Ethan Osburn, 39, of Seaside, was arrested by the Seaside Police Department on the 2500 block of South Roosevelt Drive for assault. Osburn allegedly engaged in a physical confrontation with his ex-girlfriend.
Disorderly conduct
• At 6:42 p.m. Monday, Jacob Martin Kitzman, 25, of Warrenton, was arrested by the Warrenton Police Department at 695 South Highway 101 for disorderly conduct. He allegedly had a fight with another person at a bus stop in the area, and witnesses said he was the aggressor. He was also cited for consuming alcohol on an unlicensed property.
Assault
• At 7:05 p.m. Monday, Robert J. Miller, 30, of Rupert, Idaho, was arrested by the Seaside Police Department at Ken and Sons Market for assault. Miller allegedly punched a store employee in the face.
DUII
• At 10:39 p.m. Sunday, Rafael Lucas Gaspar, 24, of Ocean Park, Washington, was arrested by the Clatsop County Sheriff’s Office on Highway 202 near Southeast Sheridan Street in Astoria for driving under the influence of intoxicants and reckless driving.

• At 8:38 p.m. Tuesday, Amanda Pontecorvo, 24, of Astoria, was arrested by the Astoria Police Department on the 200 block of West Marine Drive for driving under the influence of intoxicants, reckless driving and driving while suspended. Her blood-alcohol content was 0.27 percent and she was cited for open container and following too closely.
• At 12:08 a.m. Thursday, Alan Jay Shepard, 38, of Hammond, was arrested by the Clatsop County Sheriff’s Office on U.S. Highway 101 near Avenue U in Seaside for DUII.

• At 9:16 p.m. Saturday, Jordyn Danielle Goldberg, 19, of Astoria, was arrested by the Clatsop County Sheriff’s Office on Nimitz Drive in Astoria for driving under the influence of intoxicants.
• At 12:52 a.m. Sunday, Janessa Wright, 22, of Astoria, was arrested by the Astoria Police Department at 95 West Marine Drive for DUII. Her blood alcohol content was 0.21 percent.
