Assault

• At 1:27 p.m. Tuesday, Justin Yawgel, 24, of Astoria, was arrested by the Seaside Police Department on the 1250 block of Wahanna Road and charged with fourth-degree assault. He allegedly hit his mother.

DUII

• At 9:40 p.m. Tuesday, Joshua Ray Holton, 38, of Port Angeles, Washington, was arrested by the Astoria Police Department on the 2810 block of Marine Drive and charged with driving under the influence of intoxicants. His blood alcohol content was 0.14 percent.

• At 7:11 p.m. Thursday, Lynsi Nichelle Jewell, 32, of Warrenton, was arrested by the Warrenton Police Department on the 1160 block of Marlin Avenue and charged with driving under the influence of intoxicants. Her blood alcohol content was 0.19 percent. Police initially responded to a report of a car that had crashed into a ditch. Jewell was unharmed.

• At 8:48 p.m. Monday, Jason Riggs, 44, of Seaside, was arrested by the Seaside Police Department on the 710 block of 24th Avenue and charged with driving under the influence of intoxicants. His blood alcohol content was 0.12 percent.

• At 8:15 p.m. Saturday, Micah Kekoa Domingcil, 23, of Astoria, was arrested by the Clatsop County Sheriff’s Office on state Highway 202 and charged with DUII and recklessly endangering another person.

• At 1:18 a.m. Saturday, Thomas James Kelley, 24, of Warrenton, was arrested by the Clatsop County Sheriff’s Office on Commercial Street and Ninth Street and charged with DUII and recklessly endangering another person.

• At 10:38 a.m. Tuesday, Donald Dale Pepin, 74, of Seaside, was arrested by the Oregon State Police on U.S. Highway 101 near Perkins Lane and charged with driving under the influence of intoxicants. He was allegedly under the influence of a controlled substance.

• At 2:19 a.m. Monday, Bobby Robinson, 51, of Hammond, was arrested by the Warrenton Police Department on the 1140 block of Warrenton Drive and charged with DUII. His blood alcohol content was 0.16 percent.

• At 2:26 a.m. Monday, Clark D. Verd, 49, of Astoria, was arrested by the Astoria Police Department on the 1140 block of Niagara Avenue and charged with DUII and third-degree criminal mischief. His blood alcohol content was 0.11 percent. He allegedly drove his daughter’s car to the location and let the air out of the tires.

• At 12:31 a.m. Saturday, Paul T. Sibiga, 24, of Marlborough, Connecticut, was arrested by the Astoria Police Department on Franklin Avenue and 33rd Street and charged with DUII and reckless driving. His blood alcohol content was 0.14 percent.

• At 6:31 p.m. Sunday, Steven Tracey, 62, of Seaside, was arrested by the Seaside Police Department on the 30 block of Holladay Drive and charged with driving under the influence of intoxicants.

• At 1:12 a.m. Sunday, Stephen Deloe, 45, of Astoria, was arrested by the Astoria Police Department on Marine Drive near Basin Street and charged with DUII and reckless driving. His blood alcohol content was 0.20 percent.

• At 7:27 p.m. Saturday, Timothy Beatty, 55, of Gearhart, was arrested by the Seaside Police Department on the 2700 block of U.S. Highway 101 and charged with DUII.

Assault

• At 5:46 p.m. Saturday, Robert Bartlett, 65, of Seaside, was arrested by the Seaside Police Department on the 1190 block of Avenue B and charged with fourth-degree assault, harassment and second-degree disorderly conduct. While his wife was sitting in the driver’s seat of a car, Bartlett allegedly hit her with a closed fist while wearing a ring, causing a cut on her head about the size of a quarter. He allegedly attempted to hit hear again before she was able to move out of the way.

• At 10:13 p.m. Tuesday, Derek Gascoigne, 57, of Seaside, was arrested by the Clatsop County Sheriff’s Office on Anderson Lane near Brownsmead and charged with driving under the influence of intoxicants and reckless driving.

• At 8:05 p.m. Wednesday, April Ione Zorich, 33, of Astoria, was arrested near U.S. Highway 202 by the Astoria Police Department and charged with driving under the influence of intoxicants, second-degree criminal mischief and resisting arrest. A man reported that Zorich had damaged his car before she drove away from the scene in a pickup truck. Astoria police found her driving on the highway minutes later.

• At 9:02 p.m. Wednesday, Casey Lea Pineda, 42, of Long Beach, Washington, was arrested by the Clatsop County Sheriff’s Office on the 92700 block of Sunrise Drive and charged with DUII.

• At 1:51 a.m. Saturday, Kelly Gene Lewallen, 54, of Astoria, was arrested by Astoria police on the 300 block of Alameda Avenue and charged with driving under the influence of intoxicants and reckless driving. He allegedly was driving a white Toyota Tacoma when he collided with a parked car on the block and caused it to crash into another parked car. No injuries were reported. Lewallen’s blood alcohol content was 0.13 percent.

• At 12:46 a.m. Saturday, Holly Jean Stevens, 45, of Denver, was arrested by Astoria police on U.S. Highway 101 near Fred Meyer and charged with DUII. Her blood alcohol content was 0.19 percent.

Assault

• At 6:41 p.m. Thursday, Brice Amelia McCoy, 36, of Astoria, was arrested by Astoria police on the 1190 block of Marine Drive and charged with fourth-degree assault and second-degree disorderly conduct. After an employee at The Chart Room refused to continue serving her alcohol, McCoy walked outside. When a woman offered McCoy a ride, she allegedly hit her multiple times in the face. The alleged victim was not visibly injured.

• At 5:59 p.m. Tuesday, Antonio Angobung Naputi, 40, of Vancouver, Washington, was arrested by the Clatsop County Sheriff’s Office on Park Drive in Gearhart and charged with driving under the influence of intoxicants.

• At 3:43 p.m. Tuesday, Tomas Vicente Garcia, 22, of Seaside, was arrested by Seaside police on Roosevelt Drive near Seaside High School and charged with DUII and recklessly endangering another person.

Assault

• At 3:01 a.m. Tuesday, Andrew Garteiz, 30, of Lakewood, Washington, was arrested by Seaside police on the 20 block of Avenue A and charged with fourth-degree assault. He allegedly struck a woman during a domestic dispute at WorldMark.

• At 2:59 a.m. Thursday, Daniel W. Morgan, 30, of Longview, Washington, was arrested by Astoria police on U.S. Highway 101 just west of the New Youngs Bay Bridge and charged with driving under the influence of intoxicants. His blood alcohol content was 0.15 percent.

• At 1:46 a.m. Thursday, Sean Michael Warren, 20, of Astoria, was arrested by the Clatsop County Sheriff’s Office on Youngs River Road near Lewis and Clark Road and charged with DUII.

• At 5:20 p.m. Sunday, Nicholas Charles Arnone, 21, was arrested by Oregon State Police on U.S. Highway 26 and charged with driving under the influence of intoxicants. His blood alcohol content was 0.13 percent.

• At 1:05 a.m. Sunday, Andrew C. Nortrup, 28, of Vancouver, Washington, was arrested by Astoria police on First Street and Marine Drive and charged with DUII. His blood alcohol content was 0.16 percent.

• At 9:39 p.m. Saturday, Gina Marie Bizzaro, 53, of Astoria, was arrested by Astoria police on Lief Erikson Drive and charged with DUII. She allegedly crashed into a light pole near Safeway but was uninjured. Her blood alcohol content was 0.19 percent.

• At 7:53 p.m. Friday, Christine D. Guido, 45, of Portland, was arrested by Astoria police on 37th and Duane streets and charged with DUII and refusing a breath test.

Strangulation

• At 3:07 p.m. Sunday, Joshua Wyatt Raniero, 26, of Seaside, was arrested by the Clatsop County Sheriff’s Office on the 37110 block of U.S. Highway 26 and charged with strangulation, menacing and harassment. He allegedly was intoxicated and went to a relative’s home to pick up his children. When the relatives refused, he allegedly placed one of them in a choke hold.

• At 10:35 a.m. Friday, Andrew Sargent, 41, of Seaside, was arrested by Seaside police on the 470 block of Eighth Avenue and charged with fourth-degree assault, strangulation and menacing. He allegedly injured a woman and choked her during a domestic violence dispute with three children in the immediate vicinity.

She allegedly side-swiped a vehicle prior to her arrest. Her blood alcohol content was 0.15 percent.

• At 9:45 p.m. Saturday, Kristin Leanne Burton, 46, of Portland, was arrested by Astoria police on 19th Street and Marine Drive and charged with driving under the influence of intoxicants and a detainer out of Multnomah County. She allegedly refused to participate in a breath test.

• At 5:20 p.m. Thursday, Bryce Robert Sells, 30, of Longview, Washington, was arrested by Astoria police on the New Youngs Bay Bridge and charged with DUII and reckless driving. His blood alcohol content was 0.12 percent.

Harassment

• At 10:08 p.m. Thursday, Craig Francis Haberman, 65, of Astoria, was arrested by Astoria police on the 340 block of 14th Street and charged with harassment, second-degree disorderly conduct and violation of a release agreement. He allegedly tried to punch a neighbor, who then was able to subdue him while police were called. During the investigation, Haberman allegedly continuously yelled at a woman nearby, leading to the disorderly conduct charge. He was allegedly intoxicated, a violation of a release agreement from the Clatsop County Jail.

• At 9:39 p.m. Saturday, Cassandra Parker, 27, of Seaside, was arrested by Seaside police on Avenue I and charged with driving under the influence of intoxicants.

• At 11:59 a.m. Saturday, Ryan Kelly, 32, of Astoria, was arrested by Seaside police on Edgewood Street and Avenue G and charged with DUII and driving while suspended.

• At 1:11 a.m. Saturday, Ryan Story, 36, of Aloha. was arrested by Seaside police on Holladay Drive near Seaside High School and charged with DUII.

Assault

• At 12:22 a.m. Friday, Erik Stacel Brigham, 45, of La Center, Washington, was arrested by Astoria police on the 220 block of Marine Drive and charged with fourth-degree assault, menacing and second-degree disorderly conduct. He allegedly attacked his wife and a man outside the Triangle Tavern. He allegedly struck his wife several times in the head. She reported pain but did not sustain visible injuries. The alleged male victim declined to pursue charges.

• At 4:05 p.m. Sunday, Bryon Garrett Stalcup, 56, of Woodland, Washington, was arrested by Warrenton police on U.S. Highway 101 near Fred Meyer and charged with driving under the influence of intoxicants, driving with a suspended license and refusing to take a breath test.

• At 11:23 p.m. Saturday, Kimberly Ann Pollard, 52, of Astoria, was arrested by Astoria police on Sheridan Street and charged with DUII and reckless driving. She allegedly drove off the road and came to rest in a patch of grass near Youngs Bay. A drug recognition evaluation revealed that she was under the influence of drugs.
