• At 10:31 p.m. Tuesday, Omar Chavelas-Reyes, 27, of Warrenton, was arrested by Astoria police on the 90 block of U.S. Highway 30 and charged with driving under the influence of intoxicants and reckless driving. His blood alcohol content was 0.22 percent.
