Assault
• At 7:04 p.m. Monday, Ronald Bailey, 31, of Seaside, was arrested by Seaside police on the 930 block of Holladay Drive and charged with fourth-degree assault, harassment and second-degree disorderly conduct.
DUII
• At 10:32 p.m. Sunday, Louis James Burdett, 55, of Warrenton, was arrested by Warrenton police on Main Street and charged with driving under the influence of intoxicants.
• At 1:16 a.m. Sunday, Cesar Benavides, 21, of Tacoma, Washington, was arrested by Astoria police on Lief Erikson Drive near 37th Street and charged with DUII and reckless driving. His blood alcohol content was 0.15 percent.
• At 7:31 p.m. Saturday, Danny Lee Wilcock, 35, of Hammond, was arrested by Warrenton police on the 990 block of Pacific Drive and charged with DUII, Wilcock allegedly swerved and hit an oncoming car prior to his arrest. No injuries were reported. Wilcock’s blood alcohol content was 0.15 percent.
