Assault
• At 1:13 p.m. Thursday, Robert Dale Larson, 50, of Seaside, was arrested by the Clatsop County Sheriff’s Office on the 84380 block of Nordmark Drive and charged with menacing and harassment. He was allegedly involved in a domestic dispute with a woman.
