Assault
• On Tuesday, Derek A. Cleveland, 34, of Warrenton, was arrested by Warrenton police for felony fourth-degree assault. Police were called to Cleveland’s residence around 10:30 a.m. after he allegedly struck his wife in the presence of a child.
