Wrong suspect — At 3:39 p.m. Monday, Kenneth R. Wardle, 30, of Seward, Alaska, was arrested by Warrenton police on the 60 block of Heron Avenue and charged with driving under the influence of intoxicants, reckless driving and reckless endangerment. Minutes before his arrest, he allegedly hit a stop sign on the corner of Heron Avenue and Harbor Drive and drove away from the scene before police located the car. His blood alcohol content was 0.18 percent, and another passenger was in the car. An On the Record item on 2A Tuesday incorrectly said Joseph Andrew Seganos II was arrested, but he was actually a witness.
