Disorderly conduct
• At 3:56 p.m. Wednesday, Carey Ann Neighbor, 35, of Warrenton, was arrested by Astoria police on Ninth and Astor streets and charged with second-degree disorderly conduct. She was allegedly involved in a fight with another woman along with other disturbances.
Assault
• At 8:20 a.m. Wednesday, Jeffrey Bramel, 30, of Seaside, was arrested by Seaside police on the 2000 block of Spruce Drive and charged with fourth-degree assault and harassment. The charges stem from an alleged domestic dispute.
