Assault
• At 1:43 a.m. Wednesday, Rose Ann Phillippi, 37, of Brownsmead, was arrested by the Clatsop County Sheriff’s Office on the 94900 block of Aldrich Point and charged with fourth-degree assault and harassment. She was allegedly involved in a domestic dispute.
