• At 1:25 a.m. Wednesday, Ismael Flores De Jesus, 35, of Warrenton, was arrested by Astoria police on Marine Drive near the West Mooring Basin and charged with driving under the influence of intoxicants. His blood alcohol content was 0.12 percent.
