DUII
• At 1:51 a.m. Saturday, Kelly Gene Lewallen, 54, of Astoria, was arrested by Astoria police on the 300 block of Alameda Avenue and charged with driving under the influence of intoxicants and reckless driving. He allegedly was driving a white Toyota Tacoma when he collided with a parked car on the block and caused it to crash into another parked car. No injuries were reported. Lewallen’s blood alcohol content was 0.13 percent.
• At 12:46 a.m. Saturday, Holly Jean Stevens, 45, of Denver, was arrested by Astoria police on U.S. Highway 101 near Fred Meyer and charged with DUII. Her blood alcohol content was 0.19 percent.
Assault
• At 6:41 p.m. Thursday, Brice Amelia McCoy, 36, of Astoria, was arrested by Astoria police on the 1190 block of Marine Drive and charged with fourth-degree assault and second-degree disorderly conduct. After an employee at The Chart Room refused to continue serving her alcohol, McCoy walked outside. When a woman offered McCoy a ride, she allegedly hit her multiple times in the face. The alleged victim was not visibly injured.
