Assault
• At 2:43 a.m. Saturday, Kenneth Standring II, 20, of Portland, was arrested by the Seaside Police Department on the 900 block of S. Holladay Drive and charged with fourth-degree assault, strangulation and harassment. He was allegedly involved in a domestic dispute.
DUII
• At 8:29 p.m. Saturday, Alisa Zorich, 40, of Astoria, was arrested by the Oregon State Police on Old Highway 30 and charged with driving under the influence of intoxicants, harassment, possession of a controlled substance, reckless driving and resisting arrest. After police responded to the Knappa Market, Zorich allegedly grabbed an officer by the wrist and taser holder. Zorich refused a breath test and a blood sample was drawn.
• At 1:21 a.m. Monday, Christopher Edward Carr, 36, of Albany, was arrested by the Oregon State Police on U.S. Highway 26 and charged with DUII and tampering with physical evidence. Police found Carr asleep behind the wheel of a red Chevrolet Silverado stopped on the side of the road with its headlights on and the engine running. After his arrest, Carr allegedly tampered with a urine sample. His blood alcohol content was 0.00 percent, but he failed field sobriety tests. A blood sample has been taken.
